I'm a CalArts graduate, recently relocated from Los Angeles to New Mexico, and I'm constantly wishing for more rainy days. On Ravelry, I'm the resident Do-Gooder on the Team Rav Staff. My job is awesome and I love it! My designs (knitting, crochet, and sewing) are featured in several craft books, including Pretty Little Pincushions, Boho Baby, Greetings from Knit Cafe, and the 2007 Crochet Pattern A Day Calendar. I've taught cooking, art, music, yoga, dance, and theatre to children ranging in ages from 12 months to 12 years old, as well as written and directed for children's theatre groups and developed the theatre program for a popular summer arts camp in Los Angeles.

I hike every day with my awesome German shepherd Charlie, and watch a lot of old movies with my love, Jacob. I sew, knit, crochet, spin yarn, embroider, hike, grow food, cook, play guitar (poorly), and make far too many baked goods to eat in good conscience. Art is why I get up in the morning. Music will always rescue me.
